The Year of Robotics, a HWU initiative CyberBuild is contributing to has won the Principle Public Engagement Team Award. Great additional recognition for the continuous public and professional engagement of our team over the past 4 years.
The iVR Project, a collaboration between CyberBuild (through the ICE team), Skills Development Scotland (SDS), CITB and Animmersion Ltd. has won the UK Career Development Award for Best Practice in the Use of Technology in Career Development.
Cyberbuild is going to continue its collaboration with Historic Environment Scotland with this second 6-month project aimed at developing new tools for the processing of point clouds of historic stone masonry to support survey and maintenance activities.
